Tuberculosis Testing TB Skin testing and follow-up treatment is offered each Monday 8:30-11:30 and 1:00-4:00 and Tuesday from 8:30 to 11:30am. Lead Testing FREE Lead testing for children from 6 months up to 72 months of age and pregnant women each Tuesday, 8:30 to 11:30am. Follow-up testing if results are over advisable limits. Childrens Physicals  Kan-Be-Healthy Screenings for children on the Medicaid program.  Children's physicals for day care, kindergarten or first time school entry, Head Start and Well Child Assessments are available and charged on a sliding scale fee depending on the parents income. Physicals for children age 0-5 are Free, through funds available from the Smart Start Grant. Please call for an appointment at 620-429-3087    No Sports Physicals.
