The Cherokee County Health Dept. will be using the following site in a Public Health Emergency to dispense medication. Neighorhood Distribution Center Point of Dispensing (POD)  Riverton Friends Church 6484 SE 70th Street, Riverton, KS 66770 Church Telephone: (620)848-4700 Driving Directions From the east (Galena or Joplin) by going east on 66 to Riverton, KS to the traffic stop at the junction of SE HWY Alt 69 (70th Street) and HWY 66. Turn North on SE HWY Alt 69 (70th Street)  to Quakervale Road and turn east. From the north (Columbus, Crestline, Pittsburg), go south on US400 to the SE HWY Alt 69 (70th Street)  intersection and turn left.  You will arrive at the east side parking lot of the church or you may go to Quakervale Road and turn right to park on the west side. From the south (Baxter Springs, Quapaw, Miami) go north on US 400 to the intersection of US 400 and HWY 66 and turn left.  When you arrive at the traffic light (the 66 and ALT 69 intersection), turn left (North) on SE HWY Alt 69 (70th Street)  and go to Quakervale Road and turn east.  OR  Go north on US 400 to the intersection of US 400 and SE HWY Alt 69 (70th Street)  and turn right. Then drive south to Quakervale Road and turn right.  Notice:  Quakervale Road does not go east of US 400.  Quakervale Road does go west from US 400, but this leads away from the church.
