Immunization Clinics    Every Monday at the Health Department Office in Columbus (110 E. Walnut) 8:30 to 11:30am and 1:00 to 4:00pm. Except for Holidays   The Last Monday of each month we are open until 6:00pm to serve anyone especially working parents.   Baxter Springs Immunization Clinics are in conjunction with Cherokee County WIC Clinic in Baxter Springs at the Community Bldg. 11th and East Ave. please call the office for clinic dates and times.
